 INTERNATIONAL LEVEL

Since 1994 on the International Level, Bill has been the only person that has served as campaign chairman for Alabama Candidates for International Director and our Candidate for International President.

Bill has attended 14 International Conventions and served on the LCI Nominating Committee four separate years. 

In 2001-2002 Bill served as an LCI Board Appointee on the C&BL Committee.  During that year Bill assisted the committee with the re-write of the LCI Standard Form Club, District and MD C&BLs.
