Vice-Chairman and International Coordinator for CSFII, PIP J. Frank Moore III, presents Club Coordinator PCC Bill Filmore the Emerald Patch for the Daleville Lions Club which was Progressive Model Club raising over 1,000 per member for a total over $28,000 for CSFII.

 CAMPAIGN SIGHTFIRST

Bill was appointed the National/Multi-National Coordinator for Campaign SightFirst II which included six sectors (States) in the southeastern United States.  Area I-3 raised over 3.2 million dollars and was fourth  overall in money raised and model clubs (74) out of 13 National/Multi-National Areas in the USA and Canada.
