Bill Filmore as the Daleville Lions Club formally endorses his
candidacy for the position of International Director.
Helen Keller once
said, “I will not
just live my life -- I will invest my life.” Over the past 25
years I
have chosen to invest a major portion of my life in Lionism. I
have seen
all the good that Lions do for their fellow man and I am totally in
support of
everything that Lions stand for. I am not one of those people who joins
organizations just to join them. When I choose to be involved I
try to
give it my best effort. International Directors serve as a voice
and
representative of their multiple on the International Board. The
primary
duties of a director are to be an effective voice on the Board and be
an
effective communicator at district and multiple district conventions
throughout
the United States. Because of my qualifications and experience I
believe I can
help our International Association and represent the Lions of Alabama
with the
highest integrity. For that reason, I am running for
International
Director. I would appreciate your support and vote as a Candidate
for
International Director.
